"Oh My Goodness! We had homeowners ins with a no-name that our mortgage company set up and we had auto ins with Geico. My wife and I are in our 50's and we have a mid-20's son who's a professor at a college and we all have perfect driving records. On a 2012 Kia Sorento (base model) we were paying $260/month!!!!! When I refinanced the mortgage, Oliver reached out to me and put the bug in my ear about bundling my home and auto. I was reluctant at first, but after going over the numbers I felt like I had been being scammed for the last 8 years that I had been with Geico! We bought a 2016 Buick Enclave and Oliver got us better coverage with lower deductibles on both vehicles and our home and we are now paying basically $300/month for BOTH vehicles for FULL COVERAGE! I have to PINCH myself that I'm basically paying $40 more than what I WAS for a REALLY NICE Buick! Also, Mellissa and Oliver and everyone in the office are AWESOME!!! OH!!! And I forgot to mention... When you call them... THERE'S NO AI!!!!!!!!! NONE! YOU GET A HUMAN... RIGHT AWAY!!!!!! It's UNHEARD OF in 2024!!!! No, "push 1 for Blah, Blah, Blah".... You get, "This is Mellissa, how may I help you!?!" Seriously? I had to PINCH myself again... I thought I was in the 1980's!!!! I'm Definitely in GOOD HANDS! That's for sure. The only thing I haven't experienced is the Claim Process, G-d Forbid that I ever have to! Thanks Oliver, Mellissa and everyone in the Nashville Office! Ya'll ROCK!"
