"I have been with them for over four years and everything was lovely. As of 2026 I am not receiving any of my bills and getting no notices whatsoever other than 5 days after the due date they text my phone I have occurred a late fee and my bill is past due. This has happened multiple times this year now and the person who took over for his wife on the phone has just not been helpful at all. I even commented if this continues I don't want to do business with them any further. Her immediate response was tell me when you want to pay and close that account 🤦! So this is why I re-edited my five-star review 4 years later. I have gained over $20 and late fees this year where I never even received a bill. I am curious how many other people are experiencing this as well! I honestly consider this predatory speaking it has happened multiple times in a row now!"
